INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE GENERAL REGULATION ON DATA PROTECTION - EU 679/2016 (GDPR) USERS OF THE VISITSILVI SITE

3. DATA CATEGORIES

3.1 Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
- obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- check the correct functioning of the services offered.

3.2 Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the address indicated on the website and the compilation of the contact forms involve the subsequent acquisition of the sender's e-mail address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data provided by the 'user. In particular, identification data such as name, surname, residence, domicile and telephone numbers may be processed.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Legal basis execution of tasks in the public interest or in any case connected to the exercise of public powers. The processing of personal data is aimed at carrying out tasks of public interest or in any case connected to the exercise of public powers under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Silvi in the context of territorial promotion activities. The relative legal basis is the art. 6, par.1, lett. e) of the GDPR.

5. METHODS AND DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING.
The treatment will be carried out with the use of automated procedures in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes, guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data exclusively by the Data Controller, its employees and collaborators, to whom suitable instructions are communicated or by companies expressly appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. These subjects ensure levels of experience, skills and reliability such as to guarantee compliance with current provisions on processing, including data security.
Apart from the situations just mentioned, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated.
Personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the provision of the requested services; to this end, also through periodic checks, the strict pertinence, non-excess and indispensability of the data processed is verified. The navigation data does not persist for more than seven days (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authorities).

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Interested parties have the right to ask the data controller, and the aforementioned external managers, for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and ss. of the RGPD). The appropriate request to the Municipality is presented by contacting the data protection officer (RPD or DPO) at the addresses indicated above.

6. RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
